A 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL COMMITTED SUICIDE AFTER A BREAKUP WITH HER BOYFRIEND!

A young Nigerian girl, Slimzy jay (Real names: Jero Loveth) reportedly committed suicide some days ago by drinking sniper (a rat poison) after her boyfriend, Ro Se broke up with her. This sad news has really gone viral!
The young girl drank a rat poison after her boyfriend broke up with her

It was initially rumored that Slimzy allegedly discovered that she was pregnant, and told her boyfriend Ro Se who after that broke up with her; and because she couldn’t take the blame of being pregnant at her age, she committed suicide.
Another rumor later came up that she was faking her death to be famous as there were screenshots of a purported chat that shows her admitting to have faked it.
Her sister, Jero Franca was later reached out to and she confirmed that Loveth actually committed suicide but it wasn’t because her boyfriend broke up with her. She took to her Facebook timeline that she committed suicide because she was “depressed and lonely.” She also debunked claims that she was pregnant before her death.
She was eventually buried amidst tears by her friends and family members on October 14 2017 at Warri, Delta state, Nigeria.
May her soul rest in peace.

RESEARCHERS PROVED THAT WOMEN MAKE BETTER SURGEONS THAN MEN!

In a recent study, researchers found that patients of female surgeons tend to have lower death rates, fewer complications and lower re-admissions to the hospital a month after their procedure.

female make better surgeons

The study involved all of the people in Ontario, Canada who had operations from 2007 to 2015, more than 104,000. They also matched the patients of each surgeon as much as possible to account for the fact that some surgeons might have had more difficult and complicated cases.  It was discovered that the Patients of female surgeons were 4% less likely to die.

Another study researching female internists attributes similar results to the female doctors' ability to communicate and engage with their patients and their adeptness at collaborating with colleagues. The same factors possibly linked to female internists could also play a role among surgeons.
Also, generally only the best women at the craft become surgeons in the typically male-dominated field.

Surgery has long been a male-dominated occupation: first because few women enrolled in medical school, and then because they weren't perceived (by male surgeons, no less) to have the temperament needed to make the life-and-death decisions required in an OR. But in the latest report, it turns out that the patients of female surgeons tend to have lower death rates, fewer complications and lower re-admissions to the hospital a month after their procedure, compared to the patients of male surgeons.

SEXUAL PURITY AND CHASTITY

Never let a man or a woman, your friends, anyone or anything pressurize you into pre-marital sex. Don’t say this is old-school, it absolutely isn’t!
Pre-marital sex itself is a sin – a sin against your own body, and a great sin unto God, the creator.

They might say sex is sweet; but I tell you and people have confirmed that sex is better enjoyed after marriage – mostly because you would have nothing to fear or worry about. In the case of pre-marital sex, you have a lot to worry about and most times you would want it to be kept a secret.

“What if we get caught?” “What if I get pregnant?” “What will my parents’ reaction be if they discover I had sex?” “Am I ready for pregnancies?” “What if he leaves me after I get pregnant?” “What if he has some sexually transmittable infections?” “What if… what if…?

You shouldn’t continue in a relationship with any guy that pressurizes you into pre-marital sex! Never! Please, stay chaste! If you’re already in a relationship, let your boyfriend know your standards and be sure to stick to it. Most young girls and young ladies who have engaged in pre-marital sex are now regretting – they might not show it; but the truth is that, deep down they are hurting.

sexual purity and chastity image
Pin it!!!
Waiting till marriage would even give you a sense of inner pride to your future in-laws, your husbands, and even other men! A lady’s virginity is her pride! Treat your body with respect and you’ll get your deserved respect from men. Imagine a scenario like this:
Jane dated Jeff for about 5 months, and during that period of their relationship, they engaged in series of pre-marital sex. They eventually had a breakup all because of trust issues. Good and fine – they used condoms and so Jane was lucky to escape getting pregnant. They broke up and also stopped talking to each other.
One day, Jane was having an argument with a guy and suddenly, he surprisingly tackled her by saying “You cheap whore, what do you know? You have slept with almost all the guys on campus including Jeff, isn’t that all you can do bitch?” – Meanwhile, Jeff was the only guy that she did it with.
How did this guy know about it? Do you think any guy would keep such thing from his friends? Let me tell you something you might not know, most guys see sex as an achievement. Many of them would brag about the number of different girls they have had sex with and the type of hot, beautiful ladies they did it with and could even describe how it all happened to their friends.

Don’t be deceived by his sweet words, don’t be deceived by empty promise(s)… many of them would even promise you marriage. If you give the opportunity to the wrong guy, he possibly would use it to take advantage of you.

Know this: A Guy would do anything just to have sex with you – like saying sweet but deceitful words, spending a lot on you, visiting you regularly, regularly calling you, and you could mistake all this deceit for true love.

Image result for sexual purity and chastity images      Hey girlie!, don’t be fooled. Sex doesn’t mean love! Tell him to wait till after marriage. Because love is patient, love would wait! And if he doesn’t respect your opinion and can’t wait, then the bitter truth is that he doesn’t truly love. If he truly loves you, he would wait till after marriage .  After all, I believe you aren’t dating for fun, but for something serious ahead (say marriage!) A real man that claims to love you would also respect your opinions. Does he love you because he really does and wants to keep you? Or he loves you just because you have an attractive body or face, or just because he wants something from you – your virginity?

This doesn’t clearly state that it is 100% wrong to have a boyfriend (though I believe you should wait till a stage you believe strongly that you’re now psychologically and emotionally mature enough for all the things attached to dating) But hold on, why are you dating? Do you have any reasons or you’re simply dating for the fun of it or because all your peers have boyfriends? Date with a purpose! Don’t date blindly!

You have a future ahead and a destiny to protect! Pre-marital sex has destroyed some destinies, ruining their bright futures. How can pre-marital sex ruin a girls’s future? – you may ask.
Here are stories that have actually occured:
Girl A:  She got pregnant. The guy denied the pregnancy and ran away! Out of guilt and fear of what her parents and what others would say, she committed suicide! – Extremely bad!
Girl B:  She got pregnant, while in school. She is from a christain home and her parent would never allow her have an abortion because it is a sin. She had to drop-out of school for over a year to cope with the pregnancy and to avoid public ridicule – She now has to repeat all the classes she missed during that time – such a delay!
Girl C:  She had pre-marital sex unknowing to her, the guy had AIDS, she contacted this deadly disease… Now she’s struggling with her health and well-being.
Stand out! Just because it feels like almost half the whole world are involved in pre-marital sex, doesn’t mean you should join the world. I said earlier, many would eventually regret it! Shut your ears to what people say about you keeping your virginity. Let them make all the noise they want. You stay chaste and sexually pure till marriage; keep your virginity for the man for you.

Also, don’t sell your body cheaply to any man. Your virginity is worth more than millions of dollars, it is more valuable to you than Gold or silver. Don’t be deceived when people say virginity is nothing but a word…there is much more to it. One’s virginity is worth a lot and should not just be given to just any man but the right one. Be wise and choose right!

It might be a little challenging but it is not all that hard. It is very possible to stay sexually pure till marriage. If you’re determined to hold on, you can and you would sis! Of course, everyone would definitely experience the temptations of pre-marital sex. But yeah! You can overcome it if you are determined.

Don’t think about what you will enjoy now and most likely suffer tomorrow, rather bear the ridicule from “so-called” friends today and enjoy the pride of a honorable tomorrow.
Beware: Friends who pressurize you or push you into pre-marital sex aren’t your true friends. Sad to say, but if you would want to remain sexually pure, you have to stay away from them and move on with new friendswho respect their virginity.
Ignore those who say being a virginity is old school. Don’t let them drag you into the same mess they’ve put theirselves into.

Image result for sexual purity and chastity images
In conclusion, waiting till marriage, is one of the most rewarding thing a lady can ever do. Your man would respect you and honor you for your commitment into waiting. Be patient! Your man will come in due time – the one who would truly love you for you, the one who wouldn’t use and dump you is somewhere out there. But for now, you should focus more on your studies, focus on your career, and on your bright future.

HOW TO MAKE FRIENDS IN A NEW SCHOOL

girls having fun
So, you changed your school, And you’ve left all the friends you’ve made over the years. It seems scary, you’re scared you’ll have to start from the scratch to make new friends in this new school.
Don’t worry, I’ve been through this kind of situation and so has several other people been. It may seem kinda hard at first, but trust me if you do the simple things right, you’ll move on well and make new friends.
Many times, people are left with no choice than to “change” – change schools, probably because you’ve changed location and moved to a new city or even country. They say “Change is constant” I, personally, have encountered this issue of change in location – I moved over to an entirely different city where I knew nobody and everything seemed totally different there.
Not to talk too much about me (winks*), I’ve worked out some tips for making friends. I applied this when I faced this issue and they worked! So I’m going to share them with you in this post:

1. Learn: It is very possible that the way some things were done in your former school would be different from the way they are done in your new school. I’ll say BE ATTENTIVE while you learn! Watch and learn during your first days/weeks in your new school. This will help you to adjust easily to the new system.

make new friends
Pin this!!!
2. Talk to new people: When you first move to a new place, every new person you meet is a stranger. So definitely, if you want to make a new friend /friends, they first will be strangers. Most people are not comfortable with strangers – it’s a common thing. But in order to make new friends, you have to open up and talk. But you have to be a little cautious of who you are going to talk to – so you don’t make bad friends. Read this post on how to choose good friends. Some people may say “But I am not good at starting conversations.” That’s okay. But starting conversations isn’t all that hard as it may appear. All you have to do is practice. Yeah! You’re going to have to start practicing talking to strangers.

3. Be yourself: Nobody likes fake people. As soon as you get into school, be you! Let the new people you meet, like you for “you” – does that sink.LOL? You’ll definitely meet people that like that “you” Trying to be like someone else wouldn’t help because sooner or later, the real you would be forced out unconsciously, and people would be like “Could this really be you?.”  Don’t change your way of life for any reason. Let people like you for who you really are, don’t worry they’ll get used to you.

4. Be friendly and nice: Appear friendly – you can start by smiling genuinely. Keeping a long face or a frown would chase people from you because you don’t appear to be friendly. Also give compliments to your acquaintances. And, there’s nothing wrong in buying a drink or snack for your new friend during a lunch break – it’s one of the many ways that shows you’re a nice person. This would help in building solid relationships that will last.

5. Listen attentively to them: once you’ve met new people, listen properly to them. Grab the details about them – their names, their departments, their interests, their passions. People enjoy talking to people that want to listen to them, and of course show that you’re following the conversation.

make new friends
6. Get contact info from acquaintances: after you’ve started talking with that person, it is very useful to get their contact info so as to keep the communication and friendship going. You could say something like “hey do you use facebook, can I add you up?.” You can as well as ask for their telephone numbers, but beware some people may read meaning to that. But I think starting with the social media would be a plain and easier way to keep new friends, later you can get their telephone numbers.

7. Hang out: This is very important in making friends. You don’t have to lock yourself indoors all the time. There’s a school event happening soon in school? Turn up! It would be a great opportunity to meet new people.

And most importantly,
8. Accept that you may be rejected by some: it happens a lot! You would meet someone or some people that just for no apparent reason want to be friends with you or even talk to you – don’t take this personally. Some people may have personal reasons for being unfriendly, what I’ll advice you to do is keep trying, not only with that one person but with different people. Everyone has the right to decide who she wants to talk to, you don’t have the right over anyone’s time. Remember that not everyone is social (it’s a matter of choice). As  I stated earlier, just remain nice and friendlynand trust me very soon they’ll get to like you soon. Read this post to know how to make people like you.

Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) today launches the G.I.R.L.SMAgenda Powered by Girl Scouts a nonpartisan initiative to inspire, prepare, and mobilize girls and those who care about them to lead positive change through civic action. The multiyear effort celebrates the Girl Scout legacy of civic engagement, and for the first time ever, GSUSA is sharing free, expert-curated civic engagement resources beyond its 2.6 million members. The resources are derived from Girl Scout programming that has driven generations of girls over the past century to become leaders.

Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) launches the G.I.R.L. Agenda Powered by Girl Scouts, a nonpartisan initiative to inspire, prepare, and mobilize girls and those who care about them to lead positive change through civic action. To advance the G.I.R.L. Agenda and for tips on leading positive change through civic action, visit www.GIRLagenda.org.

Introduced at G.I.R.L.SM 2017, a gathering of girls and women from around the world, the G.I.R.L.SM Agenda makes it simple to access civic engagement resources that are tailored to prepare every G.I.R.L.SM (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader)™ to stand up for what they believe in. The tools provide a roadmap for how people can take action in ways such as challenging unfair policies, mobilizing communities to support important causes, and meeting with public officials and community leaders to educate them about key issues. By making age-appropriate resources based on GSUSA's proven programming accessible to all, and by providing actionable steps people can take through Girl Scouts' advocacy network to help people influence policy issues that affect girls, the G.I.R.L.SM Agenda will give hundreds of thousands of girls and adults tangible ways to take civic action on topics of their choosing.

There has been increased attention around civic engagement in the United States since the 2016 presidential election: according to a study by the Pew Research Center, more than half of Americans are paying more attention to politics since the election, including nearly six in ten women (58 percent). However, research also shows that the public education system is not creating an adequate civic education foundation for all youth, and a Girl Scout Research Institute poll found that just 38 percent of girls say their teachers have encouraged them to pursue politics and community leadership.

Since its founding in 1912, Girl Scouts has emphasized the importance of being civically engaged, by teaching and encouraging girls to create positive change in their communities through advocacy and action. Girl Scouts learn to stand up for what they believe in, identify issues they care about, and take the lead like a G.I.R.L. to make the world a better place. The G.I.R.L.SM Agenda is for all those who support girls in standing up for issues and causes that are important to them.

Also part of the initiative, Girl Scouts announces its new Good Neighbor badge for Daisies (girls in grades K–1). It joins the organization's existing Citizen badges-Celebrating Community, Inside Government, Finding Common Ground, Behind the Ballot, and Public Policy-which engage girls in age-appropriate activities involving community service, public policy, government, voting, and more. These badges are designed to foster girls' interest in civic engagement and show them that their voices can be heard. And by exploring the themes in an all-girl environment, girls build the confidence they need to become the civic-minded leaders our world needs.

"Many people, including girls, want to become active in public policy and learn how to advocate for positive change, but they don't know where to start," said GSUSA CEO Sylvia Acevedo. "Through the G.I.R.L.SM Agenda and our proven civic-engagement programming, Girl Scouts serves as a nonpartisan resource for girls-and those who care about them?to learn concrete steps they can take to stand up for what they believe in. For more than a century, Girl Scouts has supported girls by offering tools that prepare them to lead, lift their voices, champion their views, and be advocates for the issues and ideas important to them. We're excited to share resources on www.GIRLagenda.org, so people can learn how to take action for the cause of good in their communities. Because when we take small, yet meaningful steps together-across generations-we ignite a larger, lasting impact on our world."

To amplify the reach and impact of the civic engagement resources, GSUSA has assembled media partners, nonprofits, corporations, and individuals to publicly support the G.I.R.L. Agenda. Among those championing the initiative are Accenture, Amazon, Dell, Girls Who Code, Girls Write Now, Global Citizen, Google's Made with Code, Motorola Solutions Foundation, She Should Run, S'well, TD Bank, and Too Small to Fail.

Throughout the coming months, GSUSA will share stories from G.I.R.L.SM Agenda supporters who are advocating for girls and the issues they care about. This will include the experiences of past and present National Young Women of Distinction, the top Gold Award Girl Scouts recognized nationally for transforming an idea and vision for change into an actionable plan with sustainable and far-reaching impact. If the public wishes to share such stories on social media, they should include #GIRLagenda.

SELENA GOMEZ' BESTFRIEND, FRANCIA RAISA DONATES HER KIDNEY FOR TRANSPLANT AGAINST LUPUS NEPHRITIS…THIS INSPIRES OTHERS

Selena Gomez with Francia Raisa after the kidney transplant
A screenshot of Selena's post on Instagram with her BFF, Francia Raisa after the transplant

Here's what the superstar wrote as the caption of this post:
Selena Gomez post after the kidney transplant

Selena revealed that she was diagnosed of Lupus Nephritis in 2015 and how she had been struggling with all the anxiety and depression attached to her health condition.
She said "the transplant was what I needed to do for my overall health."

     Earlier on Thursday, September 14,
Gomez posted photos of herself in the hospital with Raisa, as well as of her post-surgery scars. The singer ended her note by asking her followers to visit the Lupus Research Alliance website.
Selena appreciated her health team and most especially her BFF (Francia Raisa). She said:
"She gave me the ultimate gift and sacrifice by donating her kidney to me, I am incredibly blessed. I love you so much sis."

On Thursday after Selena had posted that picture above, her fans swarmed Raisa's latest Instragram photo to thank her for the kidney donation.

Needing a kidney transplant because of lupus nephritis is quite serious. And anyone, like actress Francia Raisa, willing to donate a kidney is a quite a good friend... "quite" being quite an understatement.

While you may have heard about the disease, a survey by the World Lupus Federation showed that many people are quite clueless about lupus. For example, 36% of those surveyed said that they didn't know lupus is a disease. Over half (51%) did not realize that lupus can lead to serious health problems, such as kidney failure, anemia or a heart attack. In fact, some lupus patients have been called "lazy" because lupus can lead to extreme fatigue, which is a bit like telling people who are vomiting from a severe illness to keep their mouths shut.

WHAT IS LUPUS NEPHRITIS
Lupus is a serious autoimmune disease. Normally, your own immune system is like a friendly army, protecting you against intruders such as bacteria and viruses. But with lupus, some of that army gets confused, goes rogue and begins attacking your own body. As the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Disease website explains, one common target is your kidneys. Up to 50% of adults and 80% of children with lupus suffer kidney disease (lupus nephritis).

selena gomez post kidney transplant image      Treatment worked wonders for Gomez. As she said in Vogue's April 2017 issue, "People so badly wanted me to be authentic, and when that happened, finally, it was a huge release. I'm not different from what I put out there. I've been very vulnerable with my fans, and sometimes I say things I shouldn't. But I have to be honest with them," she said. "I feel that's a huge part of why I'm where I am."
By discussing her mental and physical health openly and publicly, Gomez hopes to inspire others to feel less shame about their own issues. "I wish more people would talk about therapy.
We girls, we're taught to be almost too resilient, to be strong and sexy and cool and laid-back, the girl who's down," she said. "We also need to feel allowed to fall apart."

The National Kidney Foundation’s web traffic — including inquiries on how to donate — have surged by 350 percent since the stars’ heart-rending Instagram post on Sept. 14 where she announced she had gotten a new kidney from actress Francia Raisa, a longtime pal. Every day 12 people die waiting for a kidney, the non-profit said.

"Selena Gomez’ kidney transplant may save many more lives than her own." - New York Post.

Custom dolls with 'Vitiligo' and 'Albinism' created by KayCustomz proves that all skin types are beautiful

Artist, Crystal Kaye - the brains behind Kay Customz, creates dolls that highlight the uniqueness, diversity and beauty of real people.

Kaye's Custom Albino doll.

Kaye's Custom Vitiligo doll.

“My goal is to go beyond the average assembly line-looking doll, to make relatable and realistic works,”
she told TODAY STYLE.
“I find new and used dolls at different thrift stores and yard sales and use them as a canvas. I’ve created ones with red hair and freckles and others with albinism.”
Her latest endeavor is hand-painted dolls with vitiligo.
“I want to convey the message that beauty should not be manufactured, it should be based on one's true mirror image,” Kaye said.
For kids with the skin condition, these are more than just toys. The porcelain treasures are helping break down beauty barriers, boost self-esteem and include a demographic that may feel left out.
The response online has been overwhelmingly positive (and deservedly so) — including a Facebook post from actress Tia Mowry, in which shared her admiration for the idea.
Kay Customz has even joined the ranks of brands like Hello HijabNaturally Perfect Dolls and American Girl in their applaud-worthy efforts to teach children to embrace and celebrate diversity.
She hopes to shake up the industry by selling dolls that promote inclusiveness.

Winnie Harlow: “I’m proud of my skin.” – VITILIGO ISN’T A LIFE CHANGER!

This post is just to inspire you, to make you embrace your body no matter the way you seem to appear or your skin condition. Towards the middle of this post, I will emphasize more on the popular Canadian body-positive model – Winnie Harlow, who has long been known for embracing her skin condition. This is how she looks...

Winnie Harlow once wrote: “The real difference isn’t my skin. It is the fact that I don’t find my beauty in the opinions of others. I’m beautiful because I know it…”
Though Winnie Harlow (Born as Chantelle Brown Young) had suffered a hard time in school, the other kids would tease her and call her “cow”, “zebra”, and other sorts of abusive names. She was really humiliated to the extent that she changed schools several times, and eventually dropped out of high school.
Her life living with vitiligo, her fame and success in the modeling industry, and her life as a body-positive activist would be discussed in this same post.

Before we continue, just in case you don’t know what VITILIGO (vit-ill-EYE-go) is, below is what you should know.

9 IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT VITILIGO

1. Vitiligo is a non-contagious disease (that means, you can’t have it just by touching a vitiligo patient.
2. It is a disease in which many of the cell pigments of the skin are destroyed because its melanin is gone. (Note: Melanin is what gives your skin its characteristic color)
3. It is a lifelong condition in which white patches (without definite shape) grow in many areas of the skin.

4. Vitiligo can affect anybody of any age or gender, and it affects all races equally, but is more noticeable in dark-skinned people.
5. Doctors have not really been able to discover the actual cause of vitiligo, but it is seen as an auto-immune disease.
6. In most cases, the discolored parts of the body remains discolored for the rest of the person’s life. As earlier stated – ‘It is a lifelong condition.’
7. Vitiligo has genetic components as the condition tends to run in families (that means, vitiligo is hereditary)
8. Vitiligo isn’t painful and doesn’t have any significant health consequences; however, it can have psychological and emotional effects on a sufferer.
9. Presently, there is no known way to prevent or cure vitiligo. But the use of certain medical creams (which sometimes can cause negative and unwanted side effects), the application of makeup or dyes to cover the light skin patches can improve your appearance.

So that is it for the “9 IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT VITILIGO”.  I believe you now understand enough about this skin condition.
And now, back to the first image on this post. I already started talking about her (Winnie Harlow).
Winnie is one of the many sufferers of vitiligo and hers is very prominent. Despite this, she is still comfortable and proud of her body!

More about Winnie Harlow…
Winnie was born July 27, 1884 as Chantelle Brown-Young in Toronto, Canada. She is a 23-year-old fashion and body positive model, a spokesperson and an activist. She was diagnosed with vitiligo at age 4. She dropped out of high-school because she faced a hard time as a result of the humiliations and insults she got from other kids at school because of her skin condition.

Winnie rose to fame after appearing as a contestant on the twenty-first cycle of the U.S. Television series America’s Next Top Model with the prominent appearance of vitiligo. She was first noticed on Instagram by Tyra Banks and was picked by him to be one of the 14 finalists.
Tyra Banks once said on the show – “Her skin breaks down barriers of what is considered beautiful…”
Winnie has graced the front cover of many glossy magazines such as Cosmopolitan and Glamour. She has modeled for fashion magazines like i-D and Dazed. She has also been featured on Vogue Italia’s website and the fashion website showstudio.com

MY CONCLUSION:
Winnie Harlow refused to have any surgical operation on her skin and also refused to use make-up to cover her skin condition. (Wow! Such great courage.) Not many people can do that. She has grown to be proud of her body and very confident in it!
Winnie rose away from suicidal thoughts to a one of America’s top model.

"THE NIGERIA OF MY DREAMS" - By An Epistler.

The Nigeria of my dreams...

Let's take a walk down memory lane
To the joy that was brought upon our fathers on independence day
The dreams,the aspirations,the hopes
It all brought a smile to their faces
The ray of hope beamed brighter than ever
That it was gonna become a different ball game altogether
That life was gonna be easier from here on hence
And that we were finally gonna take charge of our destinies

But fate had a different plan...
As the dark skin seemed to birth a shoal of hookworms
Who ate deeply and ferociously into every aspect of our lives
Corruption, Nepotism
Tribalism, kidnapping
The loss of our extremely important values
Has made us lose the very essence of our being

Those traits that make us unique
That makes us the happiest nation on earth
Those traits reside in many of us,though corrupted
By the inhumane inordinances of our people
Our political system seems all one sided...or is it?

People believe that our main problem is leadership..
But I'll say its followership
The follower of today is the leader of tomorrow
Every leader you see today
Was once a follower
Every leadership trait we see today
Was forged in the process of yesterday's followership
We need to inoculate the right values into our followers
Cause the vision he has now,he'll implement in the morrow

Hence we have to put our hands on deck
To save this ship
From hitting an iceberg which would eventually plunge us into an unending darkness
We need to take the bull by the horn to be the change we want to see
Rather than being the Israelites by the red sea
Who turn to their Moses at every boulder
When they should raise their head above their shoulders, break the curfew....we need to wake up and smell the coffee!
